About the role
- Job Description: At Main Event, our Technicians are responsible for maintaining the FUN!
- As a Technician, Tech II specifically, you are knowledgeable about the mechanics and operations of our games and entertainment options and ensure they are performing properly and safely.
- You're also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.
Requirements
- 18+ years of age
- 1+ years of general knowledge/skill set in the repair and maintenance of automated bowling equipment or arcade games
- Basic working knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to handle equipment up to 250 lbs.
- Ability to wear and work in personal protective equipment
Skills
- Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
- Welcome and engage with all guests while being a FUN ambassador!
- Troubleshooting repairs on games, tellers, pinsetters, etc.
- Disassembling, replacing, and repairing mechanical and electrical components or parts such as bearings, coils, armatures, and wiring
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Ordering supplies, tools, and materials as needed
- Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the mechanic shop and facility
- Paid on-the-job training!
