About the role

  • The Office of Student Conduct is seeking a part‑time Program Educator (Letter of Appointment

Responsibilities

  • Student Intervention & Support:
  • Conduct research and analysis, as assigned, to support the ongoing development and improvement of programs and operations within the Office of Student Conduct.
  • Support the planning and implementation of outreach initiatives and represent the Office of Student Conduct at campus outreach events, as assigned.
  • Administrative & Departmental Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the Administrative Assistant III, including opening and closing case files, scanning documents, and maintaining organized and accurate records.
  • Provide reception support by staffing the front desk and answering multi‑line phone calls, ensuring professional and timely service to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in clerical support, customer service, or a related administrative role.
  • As students participate in the campus community and its sponsored activities, they are responsible for their own actions and are subject to local, state, and national laws as well as all university regulations.
