Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of project delivery, from initial schematic design through construction support and project closeout.
- Lead multi-disciplinary design teams to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Oversee and manage the QA/QC processes related to project submissions.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact.
- Lead project meetings with team members and clients.
- Collaborate with project teams and provide leadership and guidance.
- Mentor and develop junior staff members.
- Assist in developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering or architectural design, project management, construction management, or a combination of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Project.

Nice to have
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project finance and budgeting.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Compensation
- The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
- The expected range for a qualified candidate is $90,000 - $140,000 annually.
- Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
