Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all phases of project delivery, from initial schematic design through construction support and project closeout.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary design teams to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Oversee and manage the QA/QC processes related to project submissions.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Lead project meetings with team members and clients.
  • Collaborate with project teams and provide leadership and guidance.
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members.
  • Assist in developing business strategies and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in engineering or architectural design, project management, construction management, or a combination of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Project.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project finance and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Compensation

  • The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills.
  • The expected range for a qualified candidate is $90,000 - $140,000 annually.
  • Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center.
