About the role
- This role supports the operational execution and client onboarding of Morgan Stanley's new corporate deposit product offering, including overnight and term deposit capabilities delivered through digital banking platforms.
Responsibilities
- The Deposits & Cash Management team is focused on growing core deposit capabilities, strengthening client relationships, and developing new products to support evolving client needs.
- Role Overview This role supports the operational execution and client onboarding of Morgan Stanley's new corporate deposit product offering, including overnight and term deposit capabilities delivered through digital banking platforms.
- The successful candidate will serve as a central "quarterback" across Sales, Product, Onboarding, and Operations, ensuring seamless client onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing product support.
- As a Vice President, this role will also be responsible for establishing scalable processes and building out a middle office support function as the product platform grows.

Compensation
- Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
- However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
