Compensation

- Lead initiatives that demonstrate the real-world impact of independent practice, helping to shape the narrative of the mental health field through data.
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Public Health, or a related behavioral health field.
- Proven experience in mental health outcome and impact research, with strong experience in research design and execution.
- Specific experience in clinical outcomes research within a healthcare or health-tech environment.
- A track record of publishing in high-impact, peer-reviewed mental health journals.
- Tech-Forward Approach: Experience with, or a strong interest in, the integration of AI and machine learning into clinical research development.
