Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk area.
- Monitor the visitor logbook Direct visitors to the appropriate person in the building Answer phone calls, take messages and re-direct calls as necessary Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times Receive, sort, and distribute mail/packages timely and accurately.
- Always deliver the highest quality.
- Provide value to our partners.
- Sign for deliveries and track all certified mail Ensure confidential mail or materials are concealed and securely stored Ensure certified mail is delivered to the appropriate person, timely Prepare FedEx/UPS shipments and use mail machine for postage/mailings Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, storing and transcribing documents Approve conference room availability
