- Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town.
- Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and implement appropriate ability zone plan for each ski lesson
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Support/follow Deer Valley Resort policies and procedures, including DV Employee Handbook guidelines, the Ski School Instructor Guide, and Instructor Pay Guide
Requirements
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Able to ski first time to intermediate terrain in variable conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs., stand/ski for six to nine hours, and perform bending, lifting, and twisting movements
- Able to work in variable weather and snow conditions
- Own/use alpine ski equipment
- Prefer prior experience working with children
- 12/1/2026 - 4/18/2027
Nice to have
- $18.00+ per hour, plus student add ons
