The Senior Strategist plays a critical leadership role in defining and driving the strategic vision for our clients.

Strategic Leadership Own and lead the end-to-end strategic process across key client accounts, from research and insight development to positioning, messaging architecture, and campaign frameworks.
Drive audience segmentation, journey mapping, and behavioral insight development to uncover growth opportunities.
Lead strategic components of new business pitches, articulating differentiated thinking that positions Idea Peddler as a category leader.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with creative (production + design), media, social, and PR teams to ensure strategic alignment across all touchpoints.
Team Development Mentor and develop junior strategists and planners, fostering strong critical thinking and presentation skills.
You will not only ensure campaigns meet objectives, but that they resonate culturally, connect authentically, and deliver real results.
This is a high-ownership role responsible for setting strategic direction, elevating agency thinking, and influencing both internal teams and client partners.
