About the role

Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of 7-10 Admissions Counselors, providing coaching and support to help them achieve their individual goals.
- Oversee and support the counselors in managing their pipelines and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Monitor counselors' performance, ensuring they can support prospective students effectively.
- Develop methods to motivate the team to meet their goals.
- Professionally develop Admissions Counselors through weekly 1-1 sessions and by working with the trainer to develop leadership training.
- However, we can support H-1B transfers and are able to sponsor TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican citizens.

Compensation
- For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
