Responsibilities

  • Develop deep working knowledge of Stoke's short- and long-term business goals
  • Translate those goals into a clear point of view on what Boltline needs to do to support Stoke
  • Build trusted relationships with plant leaders, functional VPs, and shop-floor users: know workflows and pain points firsthand
  • Own the Stoke-Boltline vendor relationship end-to-end: QBRs, escalations, SLAs, roadmap negotiation
  • Partner with Stoke leadership to drive change management for Boltline rollouts and major releases
  • Anticipate resistance and design mitigation before launch, not after
  • Deliver regular updates to Stoke leadership on Boltline roadmap, Stoke asks, adoption, and risks
  • Build trusted relationships with plant leaders, functional

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of experience in Hardware Manufacturing
  • Experience in Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Consulting, Product Management
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting complex systems such as MES, ERP, PLM, or similar
  • To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
  • Domain familiarity with aerospace, defense, energy, or hardware-intensive industries
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consultative skills, able to influence technical and executive audiences
  • Strong process design and analytical thinking; comfortable building tools (e.g., dashboards, workflows, templates) for scalability
  • Proven track record of building onboarding programs and adoption engines in engineering or manufacturing environments
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 30%

Compensation

  • Level 3 Range: $130,620 - $195,825
  • Level 4 Range: $163,275 - $244,860
  • Your actual level and base salary will be decided based on your specific experience and skill level.
