- Columbia University, School of Professional Studies (SPS) seeks candidates to serve as a part-time Lecturer to teach a graduate-level course in AI User Interfaces for Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead class lectures, instructional activities, and classroom discussion.
- Lead class lectures, instructional activities, and classroom discussion. Attend all class sessions (classes generally meet once per week for up to 2 hours).
Requirements
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and Python
- Proven industry experience in UX/UI and web development
- 10+ years of related professional experience.
- 2+ years of University teaching experience, ideally at the graduate level
- 2+ years of experience with cloud services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Any experience applying generative AI models for visualization

Compensation
- $11,000 - $13,000 per semester long course
