Responsibilities
- Own and support system integrations, reconciliation, and data validation between ERP and reporting tools.
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate financial data flow and reporting.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities across multiple systems.
- Support SOX compliance, including ITGCs, application controls, and audit evidence preparation.
- Prepare and maintain audit-ready documentation (process flows, narratives, control descriptions).
- Lead functional analysis for enhancements, upgrades, and fixes; support UAT and deployments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting ERP and financial systems.
- Experience working in a SOX-compliant, heavily audited environment.
- This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
Nice to have
- Preferred Epicor or other ERP experience.
- Experience in multi-entity or acquired-company environments.
- Exposure to system decommissioning, data archiving, or ERP modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with automation or integration tools (API, Gen AI, FTP) ERP or financial systems certifications (Epicor, NetSuite, Hyperion, OneStream).

- This role is critical to ensuring data integrity, audit readiness, and operational efficiency across systems including Epicor, Hyperion, NetSuite, and a potential implementation of OneStream.
- Serve as a senior analyst supporting Epicor ERP, Hyperion, NetSuite, and other financial reporting/consolidation platforms like A2Z, Salesforce, Etc.
Compensation
- $125,000 - $135,000 Please note that this range reflects a reasonable estimate of the target compensation for this position.
- This range may ultimately vary based on a candidate's qualifications and may be higher where required by applicable law.
