About the role

  • $0.45-$0.55 CPM based on experience No-touch freight Consistent OTR miles Weekly pay Late-model equipment Home time between runs Additional incentives may be available Want to Mentor New Drivers?
  • Qualified experienced drivers can also become Driver Mentors.
  • Mentors work with new CDL drivers during their OTR training period while continuing to accumulate miles.

Requirements

  • A valid Class A CDL and the ability to meet applicable DOT and company hiring requirements are required.
  • Experienced Solo and Mentor applicants must have at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience.

Compensation

  • Once you reach three months of qualifying experience, you may transition into the experienced solo pay range of $0.45-$0.55 CPM, based on applicable experience and qualifications.

  • $0.45-$0.55 CPM base rate, based on experience +$0.10 CPM while training a student Up to +$0.10 CPM in productivity incentives Additional bonus opportunities Drivers aren't required to continuously mentor.
