Responsibilities
- Working with the team lead to identify opportunities to improve our hardware repair team
- Technology enthusiasts - we get paid to geek out on the latest products, updates and releases for our client partners
- We're currently looking for an L1 Hardware Support Technician to join our team!
Requirements
- Maintaining all required Apple & Lenovo certifications and training programs
- Managing communication between vendors and other third-parties as required
- Acting as the liaison between the account and technical team to clients when required
- 1+ years of experience in a hardware technician role diagnosing and repairing hardware issues in PC and Apple devices
- Valid Driver's license is required
