About the role
- This position is located in Independence, MO.
- ATP has two sites: located in Independence, MO and in McPherson, KS.
- Our Independence site is based in an underground industrial complex customized for Fiberglass production.
Responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage suppliers, material flow, and production schedules in a complex operation
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage ambiguity
Requirements
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Employees must be able to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods during scheduling meetings and floor coordination.
- Must be able to visually review schedules, inventory data, production outputs on screen, and paper.
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, materials management, production planning, or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control
