Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and develop the Quality and Operations team to drive high performance and accountability.
  • Manage the Quality and Operations team to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business and operational needs.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree required in Electrical, Electronics, or Component Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in inspection and classification of semiconductor and electronic components, with a demonstrated ability to make accurate conformance decisions.
  • 4+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, technicians, or inspectors.
  • Familiarity with basic failure analysis methodologies, including decapsulation, solder testing, and basic electrical or functional testing, as well as RoHS requirements.
  • Working knowledge and experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
