Responsibilities
- Lead valuation engagements from planning through delivery, including scoping, workplan development, and execution strategy
- Manage and develop teams responsible for performing valuation analyses and producing client deliverables
- Review financial models, analyses, and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality, while providing constructive feedback and development support to junior team members
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while coordinating engagement teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and practice development
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and communicate critical updates to stakeholders
- Strong command of financial modeling and advanced valuation methodologies, with a desire to continuously develop new skills and adopt emerging technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities effectively
- Build trusted client relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio valuation, complex securities valuation, portfolio management, or research, with exposure to venture capital, private equity, private credit, or asset-based finance
- Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, financial engineering, mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced knowledge of economics, financial theory, and accounting principles
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with a strong track record of client service
- Advanced technical capabilities and a technology-forward mindset, including willingness to learn tools such as AI, Python, Tableau, or Power BI, alongside proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Navigate complex transactions with a strong understanding of valuation and execution processes

- Professional designation (CFA, ASA, CPA, CEIV) preferred
