  • You'll ensure our authentication surface meets the security standards of large, complex enterprise organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own how users authenticate and what they can access - SSO/SAML 2.0 with enterprise identity providers, auto-provisioning, SCIM, session management, and API-driven user administration.
  • Own network-level access controls - trusted IP allowlisting, CIDR-based subnet restrictions, and API access governance - ensuring our platform meets the perimeter security requirements of enterprise security teams.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS platform fundamentals: IAM, SSO/SAML/SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, API security, network access controls, and tenant administration.
  • You have a deep understanding of SaaS platform fundamentals - not just AI/ML, but the identity, security, and data integrity layers that underpin everything.
  • Advanced understanding of AI/ML platform technologies: LLM serving, RAG architectures, model registries, and responsible AI tooling.
  • Ability to independently manage large-scope, cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into executable roadmaps.

Skills

  • Extensive PM experience in AI/ML platforms, data infrastructure, or enterprise security - ideally in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to navigate governance, compliance, and security challenges through pragmatic, well-scoped solutions.
  • LLM serving, RAG architectures, model registries, and responsible AI tooling.
  • Familiarity with enterprise and AI governance standards: SOC 2, GDPR, NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain security and risk trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
  • Fixed hybrid work model: 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

  • The base pay range for this position in Canada is $140k - $170k / year + bonus
  • The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills.
