Responsibilities
- Train and develop employees
- Collaborate with branch team to grow sales

Requirements
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- 1+ years experience required
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for customer service
- Supervisory and leadership skills
Nice to have
- 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
Compensation
- Details: The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $75,000 annually, depending on experience.
- This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
