About the role
- You'll work across the stack-from real-time voice AI systems to intuitive front-end interfaces-and help lay the foundation for the team, codebase, and culture as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering end-to-end-backend, frontend, infra, and DevOps.
- Collaborate with the CEO to shape product roadmap and execution.
- Build toward a system that supports high-volume hiring and tight feedback loops.
- As Ezra's first full-time engineering hire, you'll partner directly with the CEO to own the architecture, engineering strategy, and technical execution across the entire product.
