- We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to serve as a Sub-Investigator to help us grow our Okanagan Clinical Trials site located in Kelowna, BC.
Responsibilities
- As a leading network of advanced clinical trial sites, we leverage cutting-edge technology and exceptional support services to broaden outreach and participation.
- an exceptional family of next-generation clinical trial sites, where cutting-edge technology meets unparalleled support services, and participant engagement reaches new heights.
- You'll help Headlands Research continue to build a diverse and talented team of clinical research coordinators, research assistants, physicians, advanced providers, and patient recruitment specialists.
Requirements
- Current and unencumbered license to practice as an NP or PA in BC required (or eligible for)
- Competitive and dependent upon years of experience as an Investigator in clinical research and as an advanced provider.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a licensed physician assistant, family or non-acute adult nurse practitioner treating a wide variety of therapeutic areas for the adult and geriatric patient population required (internal medicine, family medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine)
- Commitment and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication, punctual and responsible
- Extremely well organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Trustworthy, reliable; attentive to details
- Mature and pleasant demeanor
- Willingness to learn new tasks and grow with the company
Nice to have
- Prior experience within the clinical research industry preferred
