Maintain Subconsultant Agreements, coordinate subconsultant invoices and payments per contract terms.

This role is an integral part of the Financial and Design teams, providing financial advice, support, and problem solving throughout entire project cycles.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with different personality types.
Prepare, review, and issue monthly invoices to clients with required supporting documentation.
At least three years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Deltek Vantagepoint software.
Strong critical thinking and in-depth analysis with meticulous attention to detail.
