About the role
- C.H. Robinson is looking for an Order Management Analyst.
- In this role you will be responsible for ensuring flawless execution of the order process from point of order placement.
- This high-volume position requires the combination of your analytical skills and commitment to customer experience as you identify and remove roadblocks that may occur throughout the automated order processes from placement to payment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain item-level data in company systems, e.g., pack sizes, pricing, and commodity descriptions
- Perform to tactical and operational KPI targets

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or account coordination-related experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree a plus!
- Supply chain knowledge
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to think creatively, strategically and navigate through the gray to resolve issues in a timely manner
Compensation
