About the role

  • The Facilities Compliance Associate is responsible for the planning, implementation, and auditing of occupational safety and health administration programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Continuous Readiness Rounds as applicable and submit data in a timely manner.
  • Perform Physician Integration surveys as applicable and submit data in a timely manner.
  • Perform quality assurance audits of work orders, participate in root cause analyses, corrective action identification, and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.

  • In this role, you will manage the Regulatory Liaison Program pertaining to assigned facilities and additional auditing requirements.
  • Our Regulatory Compliance team performs Environment Care and Life Safety audits throughout the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a science, engineering, business, safety, or other applicable field
  • 2 years of experience within one or more regulatory oversight fields including but not limited to OSHA, EPA, Fire and Life Safety, Infection Prevention, or other similar area
  • Must have a valid driver's license, passport, and be able to travel to local, national, and international Cleveland Clinic facilities
  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
