About the role
- Verisign helps enable the security, stability, and resiliency of the internet.
- Identify the proper blend of instructor- led, hands-on, and web-based training to be used based on content, audience, and business needs.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training/organizational learning and shares findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Organizational Support
- Course Design & Facilitation
- Develop a consultative relationship with key stakeholders and conduct needs analyses to determine appropriate development needs.
- Serve as hands-on lead resource for LMS administration, reporting and user support.
- Support effective vendor relationships and their relevant use, evaluating scope of work, performance, and expenses.
Requirements
- 8+ years' related business experience in the following:
- At least 5 years' facilitation delivery experience both in person (recently) and virtual, including executive audiences
- Administrative experience with an LMS
- Highly effective communicator, demonstrating ability to partner and influence, required
- 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Business, Liberal Arts, I/O or Org Psychology - with practical rather than clinical HR or OD focus); Graduate degree preferred
- Internal client-based delivery of professional service-oriented results and solutions
- Reporting and analytics experience
- Corporate project and budget management, vendor management
- Instructional learning design expertise (leadership development experience highly preferred)
- Exposure to various coaching models
- Experience and ability to collaborate effectively with corporate employees and stakeholders at all levels
- This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
- The pay range is $123,500 - $167,100.
