About the role

  • Verisign helps enable the security, stability, and resiliency of the internet.
  • Identify the proper blend of instructor- led, hands-on, and web-based training to be used based on content, audience, and business needs.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training/organizational learning and shares findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Support
  • Course Design & Facilitation
  • Develop a consultative relationship with key stakeholders and conduct needs analyses to determine appropriate development needs.
  • Serve as hands-on lead resource for LMS administration, reporting and user support.
  • Support effective vendor relationships and their relevant use, evaluating scope of work, performance, and expenses.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' related business experience in the following:
  • At least 5 years' facilitation delivery experience both in person (recently) and virtual, including executive audiences
  • Administrative experience with an LMS
  • Highly effective communicator, demonstrating ability to partner and influence, required
  • 4 Year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Business, Liberal Arts, I/O or Org Psychology - with practical rather than clinical HR or OD focus); Graduate degree preferred
  • Internal client-based delivery of professional service-oriented results and solutions
  • Reporting and analytics experience
  • Corporate project and budget management, vendor management
  • Instructional learning design expertise (leadership development experience highly preferred)
  • Exposure to various coaching models
  • Experience and ability to collaborate effectively with corporate employees and stakeholders at all levels
  • This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • The pay range is $123,500 - $167,100.
