About the role
- A Customer Service Representative II I works in all aspects of customer service including product selection, order processing, and inventory management.
- This role may also involve helping in the warehouse-from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and supporting general branch needs.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales and Operations team s to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer need s
- Support the Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns
- Act as informa l team lead
Requirements
- 4 + years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using JD Edwards or similar ERP system (JDE training will be provided if needed)
- The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios
- You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills to influence and advise others
- You have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Compensation
- Conduct monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory
