About the role

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Infrastructure Engineer to support mission-critical infrastructure operations across server, storage, backup, and monitoring environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dell, Cisco UCS, HPE servers, SAN/NAS storage platforms, enterprise backup solutions, and data center operations.

Experience with DCIM platforms and infrastructure monitoring tools.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments.
Knowledge of automation and scripting for infrastructure operations.
Industry certifications related to Storage, Backup, Infrastructure, or Data Center Operations are a plus.

Backup and recovery management using Commvault and Data Domain.
Working knowledge of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
Infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as LogicMonitor, Elasticsearch, and related platforms.
Strong understanding of incident, change, and problem management processes.
Knowledge of information security, compliance, and operational best practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
Administer backup and recovery operations using Commvault and Data Domain technologies.
Ensure high availability and reliability of mission-critical production services operating in a 24x7 environment.
Execute scheduled maintenance activities, including patching, upgrades, firmware updates, and hardware replacements.
Follow and improve operational processes related to incident management, change management, and service communications.
Respond promptly to production alerts, incidents, and customer escalations.
