About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain information as well as forecasting data within internal systems
  • Assist sales with providing quotes to vendor partners
  • The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) - Specialty Vehicles supports Relationship Managers in the development and management of client relationships while ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the financing process.
  • This role serves as a key liaison between customers, dealers, vendors, and internal partners, assisting with loan originations, transaction coordination, portfolio management, and day-to-day client support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer focused

Compensation
