  • Support founders directly: Act as an extension of the founding team, taking on high‑leverage tasks and removing blockers.

Requirements

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a dynamic environment (startups, small teams, agencies, or similar).
  • You enjoy working in-person (our office is in Santa Monica, CA)

  • Swiss‑army‑knife skill set: Comfortable learning new tools, systems, and domains on the fly.
