Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding client service by professionally handling calls, emails, and work items with accuracy and within established deadlines, including support for the Dealer Services Call Center
- Maintain effective communication and follow-through with the Fund's transfer agent
- Collaborate with internal teams - including portfolio management, sales & marketing, and legal & compliance - to deliver timely and accurate responses to client inquiries
- This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and transaction support while contributing to daily workflow processes and fund operations.
Requirements
- Prior experience in financial services, sales, and/or client service roles
- Familiarity with fund operations, transfer agency processes, or shareholder services

- Bachelor's degree (business-related field preferred)
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is $65,000-$75,000.

- This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, which, along with base salary and retirement contributions, is part of our total comprehensive package.
