About the role

  • As a 3PL, we specialize in full truckload (TL), less-than-truckload (LTL), drayage, rail, and international ground and air freight.
  • Please note that this role is a 100% on-site role located in our corporate office in Kentwood, MI.
  • This is a hands-on role where you'll represent our company both online and in person, gaining valuable experience in recruiting, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Handshake, and Indeed to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Help grow FWF's presence on campus by building relationships with student organizations, professors, career services, and classmates.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Reliable transportation to work required.
  • Ability to work 15-20 hours per week (we'll work around your class schedule).
  • Experience representing and growing an employer brand on college campuses.
  • First-hand experience with university and corporate partnerships.

Nice to have

  • Previous sales experience, as you'll primarily be recruiting for sales roles.
  • Involvement in student organizations or campus leadership.
  • Previous customer-facing or networking experience.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or employer branding.

Compensation

  • $15k-$20k
