About the role
- This role is responsible for tracking shipments from pickup through delivery, managing warehouse receiving, and ensuring strict inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Space Management: Organize and maintain the physical warehouse space for optimal efficiency
- Training & SOPs: Develop and maintain training materials, tools, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient workflows.
- Cross-Functional Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for logistics issues
- support internal departments including the laboratory, sales, and maintenance teams.
- Natera takes cyber crimes seriously, and will collaborate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute any related cyber crimes.
Requirements
- Requires a high school degree.
Nice to have
- International logistics experience preferred Ability to develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively handle inbound and outbound calls
Compensation
