- Job Description: Project Engineer will work school hours, excluding holidays and school closures.
- Participating in regularly scheduled customer meetings and conference calls to review issues, provide status updates on current initiatives, and outstanding escalations.
Skills
- Assisting in the deployment of clients hardware, Mac OS X, Mac OS X Server, Apple iOS at district sites.
- Assisting in the troubleshooting of networks and connections utilized by clients hardware.
- Assisting in the troubleshooting of non-client peripherals and software integrated with client hardware.
- Assessing and troubleshooting Wi-Fi environments with a focus on the integration of client devices into customer infrastructure.
- Coaching and Mentoring of district personnel on Apple OS X and iOS deployment strategies and best practices.
- Work with district personnel to document customer processes/workflows.
