About the role

  • On a lean, collaborative team where product sits at the center of everything, your fingerprints will be on what gets built, when it launches, and how it lands with customers.

Responsibilities

  • You'll own the full product lifecycle for your assigned projects - from idea to backlog to launch and beyond. Day to day, that looks like:
  • Collaborating closely with developers and architects to scope, refine, and estimate work - and making sure what ships actually delivers the intended value
  • Building mockups and prototypes to bring ideas to life before a single line of code is written
  • Strong ability to listen, synthesize, document, and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences
  • You'll own the full product lifecycle for your assigned projects - from idea to backlog to launch and beyond.
  • Ever.Ag is looking for a Product Owner who brings deep crop insurance industry knowledge and a genuine passion for building software that makes agents' and customers' lives easier.

Requirements

  • Crop insurance industry experience is required.
  • 5+ years in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role supporting software development teams required
  • Comfort working through ambiguity - you don't need a perfect playbook to do great work
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus
