Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Planning, this individual will help translate long-term objectives into actionable plans, drive governance and performance management processes, support enterprise savings and value realization efforts, and enable senior leaders to make data-driven decisions.
- This role requires a highly strategic and analytical thinker who can navigate ambiguity, influence across functions, and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- The successful candidate will partner closely with IS&P leadership, Finance, Functional stakeholders, and sourcing teams to advance key priorities and accelerate organizational impact.
- Lead governance processes, executive reporting, and performance management to ensure delivery against organizational objectives.
- Partner with Finance to oversee savings governance, value realization, forecasting, and business performance insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, procurement, or related fields.
- Experience supporting governance, planning, or PMO activities.
- Familiarity with savings management, value realization, budgeting, or financial planning processes.
- Experience working in global and highly matrixed organizations.
