About the role

Axonius Federal Systems is seeking a Senior Escalation Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you'll serve as a key escalation point, providing rapid response to high‑priority issues and joining urgent customer calls to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
This is a fast‑paced, high‑impact role for someone who thrives on context switching and solving critical challenges.

Primary escalation point for complex issues that cannot be resolved by Technical Support Engineers

6+ years of experience in customer-facing role supporting enterprise software, with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, APIs, Linux, and Docker.
Experience working with CURL and creating CURL commands based on Python source code
Extensive experience with networking and network troubleshooting
Proven experience performing Disk Extensions, OS Upgrades, and Performance Analyses
Research skills and ability to understand and resolve complex issues utilizing analysis tools and vendor documentation

Experience with MongoDB, Corralogix, AWS Provisioning
Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
