About the role
- About this Roll* (The Role) As a Workday Integrations Engineer on the People Technology team, you will play a critical role in making our global technology vision a reality.

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy scalable Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, and Web Services.
- Lead integrations through their full lifecycle-from initial discovery and architecture through testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
- Manage the integration service queue, driving root-cause analysis on production failures to continuously reduce technical debt and manual fixes.
- Create clear documentation (runbooks, integration specs, data flow diagrams) and mentor peers on integration standards and best practices.

- You'll serve as a key technical resource to build scalable new capabilities while strengthening the stability of our existing ecosystem through better monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Workday Pro Certification in Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics.
- Hands-on exposure to IPaaS / middleware platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft.
- Background supporting People Technology in a fast-paced, high-growth, or global matrix environment.
