Analysis Manager Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the development and deployment of Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS).
Manage team workload and resource allocation across multiple projects, aligning analysis priorities with program and company needs.
Support the professional development of team members through regular coaching, feedback, goal setting, and performance development conversations.
Partner closely with mechanical design, systems engineering, materials, and program management teams to ensure analysis efforts support integrated product development.
Identify, implement, and continuously improve analysis workflows, tools, documentation practices, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead technical efforts, mentor peers, and drive work to completion in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Interest in developing leadership skills and supporting the growth and success of others.

Strong foundation in engineering analysis methods, with deep expertise in at least one domain (structural, thermal, or nuclear)
experience with FEA-based analysis is strongly preferred.

Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./day Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary band for this position is $175,000 - $225,000.
Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

This role is responsible for managing analysts across structural, thermal, and nuclear disciplines, ensuring high-quality technical output in support of mission-critical programs.
