Responsibilities

  • Analysis Manager Zeno is seeking a highly motivated Analysis Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting the development and deployment of Radioisotope Power Systems (RPS).
  • Manage team workload and resource allocation across multiple projects, aligning analysis priorities with program and company needs.
  • Support the professional development of team members through regular coaching, feedback, goal setting, and performance development conversations.
  • Partner closely with mechanical design, systems engineering, materials, and program management teams to ensure analysis efforts support integrated product development.
  • Identify, implement, and continuously improve analysis workflows, tools, documentation practices, and knowledge-sharing across the team.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to lead technical efforts, mentor peers, and drive work to completion in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Interest in developing leadership skills and supporting the growth and success of others.

Requirements

Nice to have

  • Strong foundation in engineering analysis methods, with deep expertise in at least one domain (structural, thermal, or nuclear)
  • experience with FEA-based analysis is strongly preferred.

Compensation

  • $175k-$225k

Benefits

  • Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hrs./day Compensation and Benefits The anticipated salary band for this position is $175,000 - $225,000.
