Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance Officer in managing the Corporate Compliance Program and providing guidance on business activities under a Corporate Integrity Agreement.
- Develop and implement risk-based auditing and monitoring plans to detect, address, and mitigate compliance risks across commercial operations.
Requirements
- Your skills include experience with compliance auditing, contract review, and data tools such as SAP ERP, MS Access, Excel, and Power BI.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
- You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; compliance certifications (CHC, CCEP) are a plus.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position in MA is $125,000 to $198,000
Benefits
- You've acquired 6+ years of experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or health technology industries, with progressive responsibility.
- You have 5+ years of experience managing compliance programs aligned with federal healthcare regulations including Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Sunshine Act.

- In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate review and approval of contracts, sponsorships, educational grants, and consulting agreements.
- The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
