About the role
- We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the Data Quality program, a critical initiative to build a scalable, governed, and reliable data platform across the company. You'll partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams to eliminate customer-facing data errors, reduce manual QA, and establish a single source of truth for metrics.
- In this role, you'll lead the Data Governance Council (DGC), a cross-functional body responsible for setting and enforcing data governance standards. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans and knows when to drive alignment versus when to let teams execute.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
- Drive the Data Quality program end-to-end, aligning initiatives across engineering, data, and product toward strategic goals.
- Lead the Data Governance Council (DGC), driving policy decisions on certification, contract standards, and metric ownership.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
- 3+ years experience as a technical program manager or related discipline
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in a matrixed organization
- Strong experience with data-related programs centered around quality, governance, or platform infrastructure
- Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority through trust, data, and clear communication
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure environments
- In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.
Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $149,000 - $179,000 per year.
- 8 paid holidays per year
