About the role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the Data Quality program, a critical initiative to build a scalable, governed, and reliable data platform across the company. You'll partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, Infrastructure, Product, and Business teams to eliminate customer-facing data errors, reduce manual QA, and establish a single source of truth for metrics.
In this role, you'll lead the Data Governance Council (DGC), a cross-functional body responsible for setting and enforcing data governance standards. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who can translate technical complexity into clear, actionable plans and knows when to drive alignment versus when to let teams execute.

Own and drive complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept to launch, bringing clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.
Drive the Data Quality program end-to-end, aligning initiatives across engineering, data, and product toward strategic goals.
Lead the Data Governance Council (DGC), driving policy decisions on certification, contract standards, and metric ownership.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
3+ years experience as a technical program manager or related discipline
Proven track record of delivering complex technical programs in a matrixed organization
Strong experience with data-related programs centered around quality, governance, or platform infrastructure
Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority through trust, data, and clear communication
Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high-pressure environments
In the last 5 years, just in the US, the overall market has expanded 10X from $10B to $100B, and could expand to $500bn- $1T by 2030.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package.
