Responsibilities

  • Monitor and drive performance against pharmacy metrics including productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Lead daily workflow scheduling, team meetings, and performance evaluations including regular 1:1s with direct reports.
  • Manage, coach, and support a team of compounding pharmacists and technicians.
  • Serve as a liaison between the PIC and your group of pharmacists/technicians to maintain an open, 2-way line of feedback.
  • Partner with the PIC and compliance officer to ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Support additional operational tasks and responsibilities as assigned by pharmacy leadership
  • As the Lead Compounding Pharmacist you will be responsible for the operations of our non-sterile compounding facility in Romeoville, Illinois.

Requirements

  • You may be required to obtain and maintain non-resident pharmacist licenses to support multi-state operations.
  • While we strive to maintain consistent schedules, flexibility is required, as your scheduled workdays may occasionally

Nice to have

  • This is a full-time role with shifts primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, plus every other Saturday.
  • A rotation system is in place to ensure fair distribution of weekend shifts

Compensation

  • The target base salary for this position ranges from $147,000 to $155,000, in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable).
