Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, exhaust systems, and related equipment.
Maintain proper refrigerant handling procedures in accordance with EPA regulations.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records.
Support hotel operations by maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical controls, motors, compressors, and preventive maintenance practices.
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
Ability to climb ladders, work on rooftops, and access mechanical rooms.
Ability to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
hotel experience preferred.
Working knowledge of building automation systems is preferred.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds
occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.

Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
Respond promptly to guest room HVAC issues and engineering work orders.
Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized repairs are required.
Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations.
High school diploma or GED required.
EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred).
