About the role
- We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
- You'll join a team dedicated to creating affirming, accessible mental health services for the neurodivergent community.
- No-show and late cancellation reimbursement: Receive 50% reimbursement for late cancellations and no-shows
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client care while we manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
- Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance
- Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks, with most clinicians reaching their ideal caseload within 4-6 weeks
- Provide 25+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 25+ clients
- Provide 15+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 15+ clients
- Focus on what matters most: Provide exceptional client care while we manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition
- Enjoy scheduling flexibility: Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance
- Scale your practice quickly: Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks, with most clinicians reaching their ideal caseload within 4-6 weeks
- Set your own schedule, 7 days a week, between 7am and 10pm
- Hours: Provide 15+ hours of weekly availability to build a caseload of 15+ clients
Requirements
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack)
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care
