Responsibilities

  • From coordinating meetings and office events to preparing professional documents, supporting project teams, and helping maintain efficient office operations, no two days are exactly alike.
  • Provide general administrative support to engineers, project managers, and administrative staff.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and organize technical documents, reports, specifications, and project files.
  • Support accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Perform occasional local errands, including transporting office materials and supporting business needs.
  • In this role, you'll be a key part of a collaborative office environment where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive support make a real impact every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Nice to have

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • experience with SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Project, Access, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.

Compensation

  • Company match of 100% on the first 6% of your salary, with immediate eligibility.
