About the role
- Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Associate in the Land Use Practice of our Denver office.
- Practice Summary Greenberg Traurig's Land Use attorneys collectively have decades of experience in real estate development and land use law.
- The expected pay range for this position is: $210,000 to $250,000 per year Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Nice to have
- 2-5 years of experience in land use, zoning, real estate development, or related regulatory matters
- Experience with entitlement and permitting processes, including interaction with municipal and governmental authorities
- Experience drafting land use applications, development agreements, zoning analyses, and related materials is preferred
- Familiarity with Colorado land use laws and local regulatory frameworks is a plus
Compensation
- $210,000 to $250,000 per year
- Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
