About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain databases, electronic records, websites, and case management systems.
- Collect, track, and prepare data and reports to support departmental and compliance initiatives.
- Support purchasing, budget reconciliation, and departmental operational needs.
- Manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- UCF's Office of Nondiscrimination and Accommodations Compliance (ONAC) is hiring a Program Coordinator to support the systems, processes, and daily operations that keep the office moving forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
Nice to have
- Strong office management experience supporting administrative operations, business processes, and customer service functions.
- Experience using databases, case-management platforms, electronic record systems, or enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience collecting, maintaining, and preparing data for recurring or ad hoc reports.
- Experience supporting purchasing, invoice processing, expense reconciliation, or budget administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based administrative systems.
- The most successful candidates may possess the following qualities:
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including experience assisting individuals with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information with discretion and sound professional judgment.
