About the role
- Assembler I is responsible for fabricating component parts or assembling the finished product according to the customer's specifications.
- Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and in accordance with quality standards
- Ensures work area is safe, clean and organized, and that equipment is safe to operate
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Nice to have
- High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
- No minimum experience is required however, 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of basic math preferred
- For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
Compensation

- For sales positions: The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit.
- For salaried bonus positions: Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance.
- For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
- A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
