About the role

Responsibilities
- The team drives 100+ monthly activations, runs multiple developer-facing programs, and collaborates with dozens of internal and external teams.
- You will build efficient and consistent processes, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with team leads, who are helping developers succeed with NVIDIA technology, to surface gaps and risks that need attention.
- Maintain the team activation calendar, budget, and priorities.
- Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows that automate reporting.
- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and lead organizational change by clearly communicating process updates and driving adoption of new operating rhythms, tools, and workflows.
- Outstanding organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage many parallel workstreams with multiple senior leaders.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations management, developer operations, or marketing operations.
- Technical proficiency sufficient to build or prototype internal tools, dashboards, scripts, workflow automations, or integrations.
Compensation
- The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 166,750 USD.
