About the role

Solutions Architects play a major role in Alloy's Technical Solutions organization and are paramount to deal success.
The Solutions Architect is responsible for delivering the technical win for client accounts.
You will handle the technical post-sales relationship, present product fit, propose technical architectures, demonstrate the product, anticipate concerns, and offer creative technical solutions to Alloy clients.

Act as the technical lead on multiple client implementations and larger client project engagements, working closely with Alloy Implementations Managers
Conduct technical and architectural overviews of client needs to propose Alloy product solutions to deliver on the client's business goals
Support the development of technical documentation and FAQs to serve client needs
Ability to build a deep understanding of a client's needs and guide them to a technical solution
Be a part of a client production readiness and support production launches (these occasionally occur outside of 9a-5p hours)

You are both highly technical and a skilled relationship builder.
You are comfortable in front of a variety of audiences, from explaining Alloy's best practices to a bank's compliance team to mapping an API flow on a whiteboard with a Fintech product and Engineering team.

Previous software development experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
Previous experience at a Fintech Startup or in the KYC/Compliance space is a huge plus!

employees are expected to work Tuesdays through Thursdays from our HQ in Union Square, Manhattan.
