Responsibilities
- Participate in the approval process for new installations to ensure maintainability and reliability are considered from the outset, as well as act as a technical resource for others and develop/manage CBM processes, including procedures for verification.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field required.
- CMPR Certification preferred.
- Demonstrated strengths in leadership and working with a team.
- Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking, and employee relations skills.
- Ability to read, understand, interpret and apply complex materials including technical manuals, drawings, specifications, blueprints, and schematics.
- Willingness and ability to recognize, report and correct unsafe working conditions and respond to call-out or emergencies as directed.
- Advanced processing plant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of production maintenance experience and demonstrated experience in reliability engineering.
